Exquisitely hand knotted from the finest wool and hand-spun silk, our Palais evokes the patina of age in antique floral borders and swaths of washed color. The 121-knot pile is hand sheared to create variations in the surface, and washed to weather its natural, vegetable-dyed tints.

Our Traditional collection reimagines heritage rugs from around the world, artfully infusing modernity into centuries-old motifs. Hand knotted into a dense pile, the simplified patterns can appear bold or disappear from different perspectives. The effect is enhanced by marled colors, woolen and silken textures, and the light-shifting contrast of matte and luster.
